After a brief walk in the Malalcahuello-Nalcas National Reserve, Uta, a friend of the Fundo, will be waiting for us to show us the botanic trails she has at her Fundo (here also a trail ride possible, please ask!). We will have lunch at a Restaurant in Lonquimay. Afterwards, we will visit the San Piedro lagoon and the Roots Mountain, with incredible views of Araucaria´s forests, volcanoes and the Andes Mountains. Then, going up to the Lonquimay volcano, a stop at the Crater Navidad will be made to admire how marvelous nature can be. To finish the day, Lilo and Peter, other friends of the Fundo as well, will be expecting us with coffee and cake, creating a great instance to talk about the adventures of the day. We will be getting back to the Fundo around 18:30.
